Wrexham to beat Nottingham Forest @ 4.10

Our first tip sees us backing an in-form underdog. Hollywood club Wrexham are on a magnificent run in the Championship, winning each of the last four matches. And while Forest arrive on the back of a crucial 2-1 victory at West Ham, Sean Dyche’s side have been far from convincing of late. Four consecutive losses prior to the visit to the London Stadium highlights that fact, so Wrexham should have absolutely no fear ahead of kick-off.

Wolves vs Shrewsbury: Anytime goalscorer – Mateus Mane @ 2.38

Teenage star Mane has been key to Wolves’ recent revival. He scored and assisted in the 3-0 win over West Ham, before netting a crucial equaliser in Wednesday night’s 1-1 draw at Everton. Mane looks a real talent, and we expect Rob Edwards to deploy the attacker once again when Shrewsbury visit Molineux. The Shrews are 22nd in League Two and their last league victory came against Newport (1-0) on November 15, which was also the last time they kept a clean sheet! Mane and Wolves can really fill their boots here.

Burnley vs Millwall: Draw @ 3.47

Nineteenth in the Premier League vs 5th in the Championship, a close encounter at Turf Moor beckons. Burnley picked up a commendable 2-2 draw with Manchester United on Wednesday, but have not tasted victory since October 18. Millwall have won two of the last four in the Championship, beating Swansea 2-1 last Sunday. So everything points towards a closely-fought battle here, one which we believe will require extra-time – and perhaps a penalty shootout!

Charlton vs Chelsea: Player to score or assist – Alejandro Garnacho @ 1.80

With an EFL Cup semi-final first leg against Arsenal to come next midweek, expect new Chelsea boss Liam Rosenior to make significant changes to the XI. Garnacho has barely featured in recent games, but the Argentine should come in here. Garnacho has a decent record in this competition too, with two goals and three assists from 13 appearances. Charlton are four without a win in the Championship, so you fancy this to be a routine victory for the visitors – and we are backing Garnacho to be heavily involved.

West Ham vs QPR: Both teams to score – Yes @ 1.78

The less said about West Ham’s recent form, the better. You have to go back to November 8 for the Hammers’ last win (3-2 vs Burnley), while August 31 was the last time the strugglers kept a clean sheet (0-3 win at Nottingham Forest). So we would be shocked if QPR did not get themselves on the scoresheet here, as they have done in each of the last 11 matches. And with the likes of Jarrod Bowen and Lucas Paqueta in the ranks, West Ham should also grab a goal. Predicting the final result is a far tougher task, though!
