It is time for more Champions League action, with some midweek madness across the continent almost guaranteed!
We have looked at the football odds for all 18 fixtures on the schedule this week and picked out four more sports betting tips.

Slavia Praha vs Arsenal: Score combinations | 0-1, 0-2 or 0-3 @ 2.14
Arsenal are looking to equal a club record when they travel to Prague. Mikel Arteta’s side have kept seven clean sheets in a row across all competitions, one short of the magic eight. And six of the seven results in that run were by one of the scorelines mentioned above, the only exception being the 4-0 victory over Atletico Madrid. But Arsenal’s first two wins in the Champions League were 2-0s over Athletic Bilbao vs Olympiacos, so we expect a similar outcome here. Slavia failed to score in their previous two Champions League matches, and even if William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes are rested, Cristhian Mosquera and Piero Hincapie are more than good enough to keep a clean sheet – as they proved vs Brighton!
Liverpool vs Real Madrid: Anytime goalscorer – Hugo Ekitike @ 2.40
With Alexander Isak unlikely to be fit enough to start, Ekitike should resume his role as Liverpool’s centre forward for Real Madrid’s visit. The Frenchman has made a bright start to his career on Merseyside, tallying six goals in his first 14 appearances. Ekitike scored in the Reds’ 5-1 win at Eintracht Frankfurt on Matchday 3, and always looks a threat when on the pitch. With the Anfield crowd roaring him on, Ekitike – with his languid playing style and tricky dribbling – can really trouble an in-form Los Blancos defence. And if Xabi Alonso is brave enough to start Trent Alexander-Arnold at Anfield, Ekitike may look to drift out to wide left and enhance his in-match goal threat.
Newcastle to beat Athletic Bilbao @ 1.53
The Champions League has been a real source of positivity for Newcastle this season. Eddie Howe’s side are 13th in the Premier League with just three wins from 10, but have recorded back-to-back wins over Union Saint-Gilloise (0-4) and Benfica (3-0) in Europe. Each of those victories came after domestic defeats, which the Magpies experienced yet again on the weekend, losing 3-1 at West Ham. So we are expecting another emphatic European response from Newcastle, especially against a Bilbao side fresh from consecutive La Liga losses to Getafe (0-1) and Basque rivals Real Sociedad (3-2).
Club Brugge vs Barcelona: Anytime goalscorer – Marcus Rashford @ 2.20
After a tough time at Manchester United, Rashford is rebuilding his career at Barcelona. With Raphinha out injured, the Englishman has stepped up big time in his absence, adding another goal to his collection in last Sunday’s 3-1 win over Elche. And Rashford has been prolific in the Champions League too, scoring four goals in just three appearances. He netted a brace in the 2-1 win at Newcastle on Matchday 1, and was also at the double in the 6-1 home win over Olympiacos. Club Brugge are yet to keep a clean sheet in this season’s Champions League and lost 4-0 at Bayern Munich last time out. So betting on Barca’s attackers this week should be a good move to make, as you have to go all the way back to December 2024 for the last game Hansi Flick’s side failed to score in!
