Horse Racing: Cheltenham November Meeting 2025 – Best Bets

Cheltenham November Meeting

Cheltenham’s November Meeting is always a well-received event in the racing calender, often welcoming star names to Prestbury Park.

That said, with many horses making their seasonal debut, it can be a tricky punting card – and it may pay to take a chance on bigger price runners.

Here at NetBet Sport, we will be offering the best horse racing betting odds throughout the event, which starts tomorrow and finishes on Sunday.

Friday 2:55 Cheltenham – 1 PT WIN | Libberty Hunter @ 9/2

I may live to regret taking on Jonbon in the Shloer Chase, but four of his five defeats have come at Cheltenham and if he is vulnerable anywhere, it could be here. L’Eau du Sud is a respected newcomer to open company and is in the best hands to keep improving. However, if Libberty Hunter is fully tuned up, he could land a small surprise. He’s progressed nicely in the last couple of seasons, winning a decent handicap over course and distance, and finishing runner up in a Grade 2 contest. His course record reads 1-1-2-F, and he could enhance it in this contest, particularly if his rivals underperform.

Saturday 1:45 Cheltenham – 1 PT WIN | BE AWARE @ 11/4

It’s fair to say I have followed this horse off a cliff since his debut back in January 2024. It has been a rocky journey, but he seems to have matured on his chase debut 16 days ago, and it looks like I’ll be committing to another year of being in the Be Aware fan club. The yard won this last year with L’eau du Sud and with a lot of Skeltons needing their first run for fitness, it is eye-catching that he won first time out this season. It will need to be a good performance to beat July Flower at these weights, but he’s capable, and I will not be deserting him this weekend.

Saturday 3:30 Cheltenham – 1 PT WIN | JURANCON @ 7/2

This Class 3 handicap hurdle is an excellent race, and it pains me to desert French Ship, who is another fan favourite of mine. I have waited for just shy of two years for Jurancon to be stepped up in trip, and finally this weekend I get my wish! He screams stamina, often finishing his races like he’s just joined in. Connections have been patient with this horse, and he has done really well at the minimum trip, but I feel now we will finally see the best of him. It is a good race and if French Ship wins, you may see my crying in a corner somewhere.

Sunday 1:45 Cheltenham – 1 PT WIN | JAX JUNIOR @ 4/1

I really liked Jax Junior’s chase debut at Uttoxeter. He jumped well and dictated proceedings with his usual zest, despite racing over an inadequate two-mile trip. He has plenty in his favour heading into Sunday’s contest, notably stepping back up in distance over a course he’s won at before. He would have blown off the cobwebs on his last run, and I expect him to take a big step forward and be competitive this time around.
