Brighton vs Manchester United: To assist a goal – Bruno Fernandes @ 2.75
Fernandes notched his 20th assist of the season in the 3-2 win vs Nottingham Forest, and needs just one more on the final day to break the record. So his United team-mates will be doing all they can to ensure history is created at the Amex. And while Brighton represent formidable opposition, Fernandes has multiple ways he can conjure an assist – most notably through his wicket set-piece delivery. Backing Bruno looks the way to go.
Liverpool to beat Brentford and both teams to score – Yes @ 2.79
Liverpool can secure Champions League football for next season with a win over Brentford – in what will be Mohamed Salah’s final game for the club. And while the Egyptian’s public spat with Arne Slot rages on, both parties must be desperate for an Anfield victory here. Liverpool have won all four previous Premier League home games vs Brentford, who are also on a run of just one win in the last nine top-flight outings. So while the Reds are perhaps still reeling from their 4-2 loss at Aston Villa, a victory on the final day looks firmly on the cards.
Fulham vs Newcastle: Anytime goalscorer – William Osula @ 2.88
Osula has repaid the faith shown in him by Eddie Howe in recent times. Now Newcastle’s first-choice centre forward, he has five goals in his last six Premier League appearances following a brace against West Ham last Sunday. A bundle of raw energy who is incredibly hard to contain, backing Osula to deliver once again could be a profitable move. Fulham have failed to keep a clean sheet in the last three top-flight outings, and managed just one in the previous nine at Craven Cottage. The pre-match stats are heavily weighted in Osula’s favour here.
Burnley vs Wolves: Total goals – Under 2.5 @ 2.00
The battle to avoid the wooden spoon is one in which goals could be at a premium. Burnley have scored 17 times at Turf Moor so far this season, an average of less than one per game. And Wolves’ away record is far worse, with just seven goals netted from 18 trips ahead of the final day. So while the reverse fixture was a hugely entertaining affair, with Burnley winning 3-2 at Molineux, that might prove to be something of an anomaly. Five of the previous six meetings between these sides across all competitions saw under 2.5 goals scored, an outcome we are backing here.
