Aston Villa vs Liverpool: Anytime goalscorer – Ollie Watkins @ 2.60

Watkins has looked really sharp of late, which is perhaps a good sign for England ahead of the World Cup. The Villa striker has four goals in his last six Premier League appearances, as well as four from four recent Europa League outings. And Watkins’ record against Liverpool is pretty good too, with six goals tallied in 11 previous matches. With that in mind, backing the Villa ace at odds which are far better than evens could prove to be a very profitable Friday night move.

Manchester United to beat Nottingham Forest @ 1.60

United have secured Champions League qualification for next season, and Forest have avoided the drop, so there is only really pride left to play for here. But given the fact it is the Red Devils’ last match at Old Trafford for the campaign, the onus is on them to continue their fine home form under Michael Carrick. United have won seven of the eight home games since the Englishman took charge, and with captain Bruno Fernandes still chasing the single-season assist record, expect the Red Devils to pack a punch here.

Everton vs Sunderland: Anytime goalscorer – Beto @ 2.40

Beto is one of the form strikers in the Premier League right now. The Everton ace netted his ninth goal of the campaign in last weekend’s 2-2 draw at Crystal Palace, and he has struck five times in his last five top-flight appearances. Combine Beto’s form with the fact that Sunderland have failed to keep a clean sheet in each of the last three on the road, and you have a pretty attractive anytime goalscorer bet. If you are feeling braver with your selection, Beto is priced at 5.50 to score first at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Newcastle vs West Ham: Both teams to score – Yes @ 1.40

In case you were unaware, matches at St James’ Park are an absolute goldmine for this BTTS selection. Both teams scored in each of the last 10 matches at the stadium across all competitions, a quite incredible record really. And with West Ham desperately needing a victory to keep their hopes of survival alive, we can only see that run being extended here. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have to come out and look for goals, which should provide Newcastle with plenty of space in the final third. Furthermore, the Magpies have not kept a clean sheet in the last seven games across all competitions, so we would be surprised if West Ham’s necessary attacking endeavours were not rewarded!
